What is an OGG file, and where do they come from?
OGG is an open audio container, usually holding Opus-encoded speech. If you've ever downloaded a WhatsApp or Telegram voice note, that's an .ogg file — it's also common for game audio, podcast raws, and recordings from open-source apps like Audacity.
